A One-Way Registration Page

MaxOne Properties had a strong recruiting webinar, but almost nothing happened after someone registered. There was no clean way to see who attended, tell a no-show apart from an engaged lead, or route people into the right follow-up. A webinar can fill a room, but if the system behind it cannot tell an eager attendee from someone who never showed, every lead gets the same generic email, or none at all. For a recruiter whose pipeline ran through that webinar, good leads went cold in the gap between registering and booking a call.

A Behavior-Aware Funnel

Because the webinar itself worked, we put the effort into everything around it, tracking what each lead does and reacting to it.

  • Built the landing page and connected it to EverWebinar, so a form submission carries the lead straight into webinar registration with their details pre-filled, instantly and with one less integration to break.
  • Wired five Zapier automations to pass behavioral events between EverWebinar and GoHighLevel: registered, attended, completed, watched the replay, booked, no-showed.
  • Tagged every lead with eight behavioral tags, so the system always knows exactly where each person stands.
  • Built automated follow-up that routes by behavior: two active sequences for the common cases, attended but did not book and registered but did not attend, plus a nine-email long-term nurture that runs across 140 days for leads who are not ready yet.
  • Configured the SMTP and email authentication so the follow-up actually lands in the inbox.

A System, Not A Dead End

By handoff, the recruiter had a working funnel in place of a one-way registration page. Every lead is now tracked from the first form submission through the webinar and into the right follow-up, automatically, and the long-term nurture keeps the ones who are not ready warm for months rather than letting them disappear. The team can finally see who is engaged and where each lead stands, and act on it. When a nurtured lead comes back and books, the system already knows their whole history. No more guessing what happened after someone signed up.
