A small shop, on purpose.
When a job needs a designer or another developer, I bring in someone vetted and manage them myself. That's why I say "we": it's me, Julie, and a bench of people I trust.
The shop
A performer for most of my life, technical the whole time, now building systems and marketing for businesses from a small Missouri town.
The story

My dad ran a business, so I grew up around the work behind the work: proofreading, websites, funnels, ads, project management, and a lot of freelancers. I learned marketing by helping build things that had to work for real clients.
I was also technical from the start. I can design, and I've done plenty of it, but I'm technical first. What I'm best at is seeing how the pieces fit: the site, the CRM, the ads, the follow-up, the tool nobody wants to deal with.
For most of my life, the main work was performing. Acrobatics, cyr wheel, stages, shows, and a lot of travel. A solo live act teaches you to prepare, adapt fast, and own the mistakes nobody else can hide for you. That habit followed me here.
Over the last year I went deep on the technical side and grew fast. My first real client was my friend Richard. I built his website and ebook, set up his GoHighLevel system, and ran Meta ads. Then came cabinetry, architectural millwork, real estate teams, service businesses, GoHighLevel builds, automations, Zapier work, email setup, A2P registration, and custom app work.
Now Alexana & Co is the place where those two sides meet. We build the systems a business runs on, then run the marketing that makes those systems worth building. Some of the work has been bigger, including brokerage and manufacturer projects, but local and growing businesses are still the center.
How we work
I am the person on the call and the person building it. Nobody hands you off to an account manager. The client list stays small on purpose, so each project gets real attention rather than a queue position.

When a job needs a designer or another developer, I bring in someone vetted and manage them myself. That's why I say "we": it's me, Julie, and a bench of people I trust.
Julie is my wife and my partner on creative and brand, and my sounding board on everything else. Branding, design direction, the way the work looks and feels. That's her. She catches things I miss before they reach a client, which is worth more than it sounds.
Where we work
Alexana & Co is based in Branson, Missouri, a small tourist town where most businesses are seasonal or local. That context shapes how we work: we understand cash-flow timing, thin margins, and the gap between busy season and slow. You get technical work that is genuinely advanced, delivered with the honesty that comes from being a small shop ourselves.
Anthony also speaks Russian, native bilingual, which comes up more than you'd expect around here.
The name
It's named after my kids, Alexander and Anastasia. Family-first was the point from the start.
